I recently stayed at the Tecno Boutique Hotel for three nights and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is brand new, beautifully clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, its location in the southern part of La Paz is quite far from most tourist spots, which might be inconvenient for some travelers.
